About the Author
L.A. Young is a corporate travel veteran, executive trainer, coach, and author who spent more than a decade living on the road. She has been a leader in the corporate training arena for 28+ years where she built a reputation for designing and delivering impactful learning programs, leading national and global initiatives, and aligning training with business goals to drive measurable performance improvement.
Her roles have each required varied amounts of corporate travel, with many years requiring 80-100% of travel. With her passion for helping people see their potential beyond what they imagined for themselves, writing First Class Divas was a natural transition. Today, she aims to help ladies find their confidence on the road, as they learn to love and embrace their corporate, travel lifestyle.
Young thrives on learner "lightbulb moments" and growth through discovery. She describes her instructional style as strategic, engaging, practical, and people-centered— blending storytelling, humor, and real-world application to inspire action and long-term growth for driven women seeking success.
